Well, this is the second try for a nice little illustration for my wedding invitations. I think it works better than my previous pic [link] , it looks a bit more like me and isn't quite as dark. I think I'll leave the clothes sketchy as they are now - it draws more attention to the faces and leaves mch to the imagination (is Arne wearing a sweater with the sleeves rolled up, or maybe a nice fancy Renaissance style garb?)
I know I need to clean up the horrible pencil smudges. What do you think? Wedding Invitation material?
Oh. yes. And Arne is MINE! So stop slobbering, ladies.
It's lovely - well done - and Wedding invitations! Well when is the happy day - I have been so busy and so far behind that I missed this announcement - Congrats and love to you both x

I didn't actually announce it on DA since we've been planning for ages... It was supposed to be last year but my precipitous move to Munich (Arne's still in Kiel, with the whole of Germany between us ) forced us to call it off. Now we#re having the civil ceremony on October 13th (six years to the day after our first kiss - hooray for goopy romanticism!) and the religious one (with party) on the 18th.

It is... This was a good job opportunity for me, but with a 2-year contract. so we decided to wait before packing everything and moving down, to see if I get something more permanent first. Thank goodness the night train has a halfway decent fare so we can see each other every 4-6 weeks for the weekend!

I am glad - being separated is not good - I hate it if Nick is away for any length of time cos we just love being together anyway - I am very glad you can see a light at the end of the tunnel now x

Small light, long tunnel... but at least it's there!

The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
