I had some spare time in the museum between a gided tour and a children's education program, so I decided to try out my brand new tinted charcoal pencils (I've fallen in love with them...).
This sketch didn't take more than an hour and a half, but I'm still pretty happy with it. Egyptophile points to whomever can tell which pharaoh this is  This piece is at the State Museum of Egyptian Art in Munich. Come visit us! [link] Comments

The art work changed alot though during that period so its quite easy to spot aswell.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
